Hawthorne, a townhouse condominium
community
Hawthorne is a quiet, upscale townhouse condominium community overlooking the
beautiful Sammamish Valley.
Built by Burnstead Construction,
Hawthorne includes 140 multi-story, multi-car garage
units comprised of eight individual stylish home designs (named after varieties
of wines) that range in size from 1,056 to 2,285 in square footage. The
community has secluded, quiet streets (no through traffic!) and grounds with 45 acres
of open space with a ¾-mile private, wooded community walking trail. The
landscaping is professionally maintained and the association
is professionally managed.
Hawthorne offers beautiful views of the Sammamish Valley below and regular glimpses of the Cascade mountain foothills,
including majestic Mount Baker to the north.
Hot air balloons regularly waft down the scenic valley during warm, summer evenings.

Our website
The Hawthorne Condominium Association website was designed primarily for
the owners and residents of the Hawthorne community. The Board of Directors, who oversee the
administration of the community and its website, want to provide all the information people need to get
the most out of living in our little corner of Woodinville, WA.
Here you'll find a
contact list for the Board and the
association's property manager, maps of the
property, information about publicly accessible
Board meetings, copies of past community
newsletters, the latest
community rules and regulations passed
by the Board, and a list of web links for
community services and other information relevant to living in Hawthorne. Owners and residents can even
sign up to participate in the community
e-mail list hosted by Google. It is a private forum dedicated to inter-community communication with
the Board and fellow association members.
A secondary audience for this website are the prospective buyers who are
considering buying into Hawthorne. We are
proud of our community and welcome you to join us.
This site was built for free by a Hawthorne volunteer.
